Back in 2014 our director, Carl, helped out the Yorkshire Rose Dog Rescue (YRDR) by revamping their website. At the time, YRDR faced challenges, including being charged for every new dog they wanted to feature online. So, we offered to step in and help. How hard could it be, right?
The result was a success, with their website attracting over 300 unique visitors daily. Not only did this help YRDR find loving homes for countless dogs, but it also opened doors for us as a web design company. The project marked the beginning of what would become ICON Web Design.
Fast forward 10 years, and we’re proud to still be supporting YRDR. We’ve rebuilt their website three times, keeping it fresh and functional to meet the needs of their growing audience. We’re continuing to help out by progressing their digital marketing and help them reach even more dog lovers and potential adopters.
The YRDR does an incredible job of caring for and rehoming dogs in need. Over the years, they have saved the lives of hundreds of dogs, giving them a second chance at happiness.
Working with charities like Yorkshire Rose Dog Rescue reminds us why we love what we do. It’s not just about websites—it’s about making a difference. 🐾
