Throughout our website design and graphic design work, we’ve identified the crucial role high-quality images and videos play. They not only elevate the overall design but also allow you to showcase your identity and create a more personal connection with your customers or clients.
Therefore, we’re pleased to announce we’re launching a new photography service for all of our website clients. We now offer commercial photoshoots, drone video footage and piece-to-camera videos. There are endless ways photography can be used, whether it be headshots that truly showcase the personalities of the team, external shots highlighting beautiful surroundings or catching events as they happen. To carry out this new service, we’re thrilled Matthew has joined the team! He is a very talented photographer who specialises in capturing candid, natural moments.

PHOTOGRAPHER
Hello! I’m Matthew, a photographer based in Otley, and I’m delighted to have recently joined the ICON team, helping them deliver high-quality images for a variety of projects. I also run my own freelance photography business, ‘Natural Light Photography’ which cover a similarly broad range of services, including family, events, music, commercial and pets! I love working closely with clients to help them deliver briefs with the look they require, whether that be a vintage, film-like aesthetic or perhaps something crisp and modern – working in different styles and with different subjects is something I really enjoy.
Although I cover a wide range of photographic styles, I particularly love working with people and capturing candid, natural moments. My style is friendly and unobtrusive and I will help you feel comfortable, even if you are someone who typically recoils at the sight of a camera! It’s been great to join the ICON team recently and to see my photography paired with superb web and graphic design!
P.S. As well as photography, my other passion is writing and performing music – one particular highlight was recently sharing a stage with guitar hero Graham Coxon (of Blur fame) when his new band The Waeve requested I open for them!

RIVERSIDE PLANTS
Matthew recently paid a visit to long-standing managed service client Riverside Plants Garden Centre. His photos showcase the beautiful plants they sell. He also got some great photos of owner Alan along with other members of staff, highlighting their warm atmosphere. Therefore these photos do a great job of promoting their services and will be used across their social media, print products and website.
LATITUDE FITNESS
We also recently did a photoshoot for gym client Latitude Fitness, to enhance their new website build. These photos give a real insight into what it would be like to use Latitude’s services and do a great job of candidly showing their relaxed friendly, inclusive and non-judgemental atmosphere, coaches and current clients. Therefore, these photos allow us to get across their approach of simple friendly fitness on their website to appeal to potential new clients.
MOORLAND SCHOOL
We have conducted several photoshoots for Moorland School, which are used across their websites, social media accounts, brochures, prospectuses, flyers, and banners to name a few. The photos showcase the school facilities, the classroom atmosphere and events like their exchange programme to truly give prospective students an insight into life at the school.
