EVENT PREPARATION
Icon Web Design, a leading agency for web design Clitheroe, recently supported our long-term client, Tri-Site, at a local showcase event partnered with CHCNav. We continue to support their upcoming events in a range of locations.
EVENT MARKETING
Icon created all the marketing materials building up to the event, including social media campaign graphics, email campaigns, website banner pop-ups, dynamic tracking QR codes, a banner advert for Insider Media and promotional photography, videos and flyers. For the event, Icon printed 5 bespoke display flags for each product area and vouchers to hand out during the day.
PHOTOGRAPHY
On the day of the event, Icon joined Tri-Site for their showcase, photographing the occasion for social media and marketing. We also collected a series of videos to showcase the day. It was great to see the event come together with our help, with a great turnout and positive feedback.
AFTERMATH
After the event, we provided a handout flyer linking to a website page we created with information on the products in one place, as well as provided a brochure showcasing the equipment. We followed up with more email marketing and continue to assist Tri-Site with future showcase events.
